SystemWeaver includes a built-in Change Management System that can be used for tracking and controlling the development of models or individual items. The change management workflow is configurable and enables you to record, assess, and implement change requests. It can be found on the Projects tab which is accessible by all system users. Any user can create a project.
In the below example, the user has access to a number of projects.
Users can set up any number and type of project. Configuration consists of defining and maintaining the following elements per project:
- Issue types
- Attribute types (optional)
- Relationships (optional)
- Iterations (optional)
- User access rights
- User groups (optional)
Users with explicit access to a project will be able to view the project and all of the issues in the project.
If a SystemWeaver Notification Server is configured for the installation, email notifications will be generated when certain issue properties are updated.
To get started, you have to create a project.
