Pasting into Description
This functionality is straight forward. Select the text in the external application, e.g., Microsoft Word, and paste it into the Description area of the Overview view. You have the option to keep formatting and images (Paste) or only paste unformatted text (Paste as Text), i.e., it will remove all formatting, e.g., font color, text background color, font styles, and pictures.
Pasting into a Text or RVF attribute
The Text type attribute supports full formatted strings, including new lines. The RVF type supports full formatted text, including pictures.
