This article provides some resolutions to various login errors.


I am unable to log in.

Error message 

Unable to load lz4 library.


Resolution

If it does not start from the Start menu, try starting the client from Program files. If you still have problems, you are likely missing files in your client installation, e.g. liblz4.dll. Contact your internal SystemWeaver support team for the missing file(s). 


Error message

Exception class: EIdSocketError

Exception message: Unable to connect to server, name:"name of server", port:"xxxx"


Error: Socket Error # 11001

Host not found.

Exception address: 021FA1D4


Resolution

Contact your local IT department for troubleshooting. "Host not found" is a client DNS/VPN issue, often caused by an unstable internet connection.


Error message

Cannot reach specified server


Resolution

Verify that you are entering the correct server and port. Contact your local IT department if further troubleshooting is needed.

Error message

System.NotSupportedException: An attempt was made to load an assembly from a network location which would have caused the assembly to be sandboxed in previous versions of the .NET Framework. This release of the .NET Framework does not enable CAS policy by default, so this load may be dangerous. If this load is not intended to sandbox the assembly, please enable the loadFromRemoteSources switch. See http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=155569 for more information.


Resolution

A block flag may have been set when the client installation files were copied/downloaded from a network location treated as not trusted. Check that all installation files are unblocked when distributing the client to users. Example: 


I cannot log in using my Entra ID or Keycloak.


Error message 

Your Keycloak ID "myuser" isn’t linked to a user account. 

Or

Your user is not registered in the SystemWeaver database. 


Resolution

Contact your inhouse SystemWeaver Support to confirm that your authentication ID is included in your SystemWeaver user account. 


Error message 

Failed to get a Keycloak token.


Resolution

Contact your inhouse SystemWeaver Server Administrator. The error indicates that there may be an error in the server-side configuration of the authentication method.



I cannot open the client.


Error message 

This application cannot run on your computer.


Resolution

A client application may fail to open if it has been encrypted. Check if your IT organization. Unencrypting it should resolve the problem.
