The Issues in time view is where you can visualize the progress of Issues over time, for a selected item and the sub-items in its item structure. This article describes the view and how to use it.

Select your item of interest in the structure tree and select the Issues in time view in the View drop-down list. Your SystemWeaver Architect may have added a button for the view to the Items ribbon as well.

Getting Acquainted with the View

The Project menu gives the option to select a specific project to visualize. By default, the view lists all issues from all related CMS Projects.

Once you select a Project, the Issue type menu gives the option to further constrain the selection to specific issue types of the selected project.

The Name column displays the names of the issues linked to the selected item and its visible item structure.

The calendar columns, in this case "2024" and "2025", are selected around the current date.

Include Closed Issues

By default, the view displays on the issues that have a meta status of Open. To include closed issues in the view, uncheck the Only show open issues checkbox.

Add Additional Issue Information

As with most grid views in SystemWeaver, you can add additional information to the view. Right-click on the header row to access the More and Expert options. Sorting can be done by any column.
