Users are getting an error when updating or adding an attachment.
Error message
[FireDAC][Phys][SQLite] ERROR: disk I/O error
Resolution
This is indicative of a connection issue, or disk space issue.
The file repository must reside on local disk on the same server machine that is running the SystemWeaver server executable. See SystemWeaver Server - Software and Hardware Requirements.
Also, check if there is sufficient disk space for the file repository.
Users are getting an error when trying to open older PDFs. Newly added PDFs open fine.
Error message
Block not found file: 2175, block_id: 1
Resolution
The file is not found in the file repository index_db. This can occur if a new file repository is created for a new installation based off an import from another installation. The older files are associated with the original/source installation's index_db, and are not in the new index_db. One solution is to ensure that the orginal file repository (both the file structure AND the index_db) is used in the new installation.
