In the event that a server issue occurs and the root cause is unknown and/or the cause needs to be further researched by Systemite, we may request that you send a copy of a log file to us. If we request this, please make a copy of the log file covering the time frame of the reported issue and upload it to SystemiteNAS.

Do not zip the log file that is currently being written to by the SystemWeaver application server. Take a copy of the log file first and then zip the copy for delivery.
