When I try to export data, I receive an “out of memory” message when the export is almost finish. The memory of SwExplorer reaches 3.5 GB and then releases the memory to the normal level and throws error.

Resolution:
Because the swExplorer is a 32-bit application, the SwExplorer will stop processing when the memory usage reaches approximately 3.5 GB. One solution for dealing with exports that are too large for the RAM is to consider configuring a smaller export in XML Export. Another option is to consider using the swXmlExport tool.
When I try to export data, I receive an "Invalid item name" error.

An invalid character was found in text content.
Resolution:
The name of the item may have been pasted into SystemWeaver from another system and may contain an invalid character. You can check if there are any unrecognizable characters in the name by pasting the name into a text editor and viewing all hidden characters. Then, remove the invalid/hidden character from the item name. Once that is done, you can export the data.
