Please provide the following information in your request:

• What is your installation's current server version #? 
  If you are unsure, provide the version # of the swExplorer client.
• Which version would you like to upgrade to, e.g., R41, R40?
• Would you like to receive any non-standard SystemWeaver Extensions? 
  List the current and/or new non-standard extensions to include in upgrade package. Your current extensions are listed under Welcome>About in your swExplorer client.
