Increase storage capacity

We often paste illustrations in the Description field in for example Requirements and System Functions. Then the error message for exceeding the maximum allowed storage capacity is shown. So far we have made smaller illustrations or dividing them into more than one requirements.


Is there a better way to solve this problem?

Hi Johan, 


I have created an article called Working With Large Images in the Description. If you have tried the options outlined there already and are still exceeding the maximum size, another option is to add the large illustrations as attachments using the Attachments view.
